Going to the opera tomorrow. I was going to go to a little "silver town" just outside of Dresden, but Dean forgot about that, and got tickets to the opera - so I am going to a German opera instead, playing at the Semper Oper Haus - google it; very impressive. La-te-da, very formal! The performance is an opera written by Wagner, "Lohengrin". I am going to read up on it during the day so hopefully I can follow along, hopefully...it is in German, so this could be interesting *hehe* I am so very German... okay, not so much.
Also I wanted to quell a few rumors that seem to be traveling around with regards to our returning to Canada next summer.
Apparently people are saying that we are coming back.
Did your mother never teach you not to believe everything you hear?
Wait, I think it was Dad that always said that?
Anyway, if you hear that, you can be certain it did not come from us!
We don't know if we are coming, going, or standing still at this point in time.
No decision has been made yet.
So now you know as much as we do - and that's the truth of it.
Bother!

Ahem, Me-me-me-me...

It really isn't so great in Canada right now. You would get a kick out of Larry; he reads your blog every day.
It's probably not rumour so much as someone's wishful thinking :0{
I kinda figure that was the purpose of Dean's visit to Canada this December -- to help with the decision making process. We shall see.....
Have fun at the opera. We are going to see Nana this weekend. Perhaps she will sing opera for us? Haven't been back since we moved so is long overdue.
