Yesterday was a really rough day!
I woke up in the morning with a headache, and very sore neck - more than usual.
As the morning progressed, my headache turned into a cluster headache, and my neck was becoming unbearable. If you don't know what a cluster headache is, check-a-look here to read about it, and here if you don't want to read and would rather watch a quick bit; this will give you an idea of what it is.
There is a reason it is called suicide headache!
Once the cluster headache began to ease up, on came the migraine, complete with nausea and throwing up! This continued until Dean got home, just after 19:00 some time. By this point I was exhausted, so went to bed shortly there-in-after. However, I couldn't get to sleep for quite awhile as my neck was still very painful and I couldn't get comfortable. My kitties were there, comforting me all day! They took turns >^_^<
Not a nice day, and, of course, today I feel exhausted; feel like I've been hit by a truck... oh wait, I was!

have you looked further into the blocking proceedure
I have been trying and trying and trying and trying and trying... I am getting nowhere! It is very frustrating.
