Happy Day!!!

Yesterday (May 27th) was such a bad day! We had found a place the day before, and said we wanted it - it sounded like we were going to get it, we were so excited - but because a teacher couple who recently moved out had trashed one of the other units in the building, the landlord decided he was not going to rent to any teachers from our school again, not even US! Understandable, yes, but sucked big time for us; it was a very nice flat, with most all of what we were hoping to find; not perfect, but very nice.
Not to be.

So we decided to hop on the train, and go into Frankfurt for the rest of the stupid day. It was rainy and yucky right from the time we got up in the morning, to the time we crawled back into bed that night.  Yuck.

 Then today (MAY 28th) we got up to go look at about five more places. Today was our last day in Germany, so it was find something today, or have to do it all online... *boo.
Yesterday I had asked to see a place we saw online, with a sunroom, but was told no because there was no complete kitchen. Well it turned out the place was booked to view anyway, and it was the first place we went. It was the only place we went in fact! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!! And now it is ours.
We have the whole main floor, sunroom and all! Oh, and the whole front yard is mine too!!!

This is the kitchen... yea, there are a couple of things missing, but it's ... well, it's a project.
Puts a new meaning to the phrase "we have to buy a couple of things for the kitchen".
That's okay, it's our August project.

Our bedroom, which is the smaller of the two, but we decided to give you the bigger room when you come visit! (you're welcome)
This room does have nice big padio doors, which happen to -

open right into the SUNROOM!!!

We also have a patio right outside our livingroom. So we don't just have to sit in the livingroom, and look out at our front yard, we can go out and enjoy our coffee on the patio if we would rather. You'll love it, I know you will!

And of course, we can not forget -
YOUR ROOM!!!
Yes, this is the room we have just for you!

Hurry up, make your plans, book your flight, we're ready.
We will get here beginning of August, so anytime after that is fine with us!
