When The Weather Outside Is Frightful...

Can some salsa.

It's really nasty outside... again!

Yesterday, I was going to go to Langen, (a town two train stops away). However it was cold, overcast, dreary, and raining; no thank you.

Figured I'd go "tomorrow".

Well, it's tomorrow now: colder, overcast, dreary, rainy, and really windy; no thank you again.

So instead I made a big pot of spicy salsa, and caned it.

Not done yet:

And then I cleaned up the kale, 

     chopped into "chip" size pieces,

          and baked it up nice and crunchy!

                Kale Chips = YUMM

Maybe I'll bake some cookies now...

(or take a nap?)
